We may collect information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, company, message content and any other details submitted through email, forms or recruitment enquiries.

Technical information

Like most websites, our hosting and security tools may process basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, referral source and timestamps. This helps us keep the website secure, reliable and useful.

Career information

If you apply for a role or contact us about opportunities, we may process the information you send by email, including your CV, professional background, contact details and related correspondence.

If a LinkedIn account, organisation page or authorised user grants permission to a Space application or integration, Space may retrieve approved LinkedIn profile, page or post content through LinkedIn APIs.

We may share information with service providers that support website hosting, security, analytics, email handling, recruitment administration or approved content integrations. These providers are expected to process information only for the relevant service purpose.

We may also disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process or to protect the rights, security and integrity of Space, our website users, partners or the public.

We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, unless a longer retention period is required for legal, security or legitimate business reasons.

You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion or restriction of personal information where applicable law provides those rights. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.

You can also choose not to submit personal information through the website. If you revoke access to a connected social account, future retrieval through that authorisation will stop subject to the platform’s own controls and timing.
